Cancellation Policy
Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy of a Session or Lesson: 1. Advance Notice to Reschedule: • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session or lesson. • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours may not be accommodated. 2. Emergency Cancellations: • In the case of an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. • Exceptions to the advance notice policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies. 3. No-Show Policy: • If a student does not show up for a scheduled session or lesson without prior notification will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. 4. Limit on Rescheduling: • Students may reschedule a lesson or session once per month. 5. Instructor Cancellations: • If the instructor needs to reschedule a session or lesson, students will be notified as soon as possible. • The session or lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a credit/refund will be issued.
